TRACK YOUR STATUS
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. You can check the status of your shipment one to two hours after receiving the email by using the link provided.
SHIPPING METHODS
Deliveries are managed by our affiliate couriers PostNL, DPD and UPS.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, 8:00 am until 10:00 pm CET, from Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm CET on Sundays. Please note that we are closed on Dutch public holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.
PACKAGING
Your purchase will be shipped in environmentally friendly packaging.
Our packaging is made of recycled cardboard to guarantee the complete disposal and reuse of all transport packaging.
